My background spans outdoor leadership, operations management, and higher education, including a Ph.D. focused on decision-making and risk in outdoor environments. That training shaped how I approach responsibility, preparation, and judgment — qualities that matter just as much when caring for a mountain home as they do when helping people navigate time outdoors in a complex environment.
Adventure Management grew naturally from that perspective. Home care and adventure concierge aren’t separate ideas to me — they’re both about clear communication, thoughtful planning, and proactive oversight for second homes and owner visits.
